Enpower’s PMU Multi-in-One is an innovative integrated assembly developed with patented technology to address evolving market trends. It seamlessly integrates the inverter, high-voltage power distribution unit, DC-DC converter, on-board charger, and motor into a highly compact and efficient system. Designed with a shelf-style modular architecture, the product offers key advantages including a compact size, modularity, cost-efficiency, lightweight construction, and simplified vehicle installation. This flexible integration approach enables Enpower to deliver comprehensive electrical system solutions tailored to the diverse demands of OEMs across various vehicle models.
Enpower’s power electric unit platform is designed for passenger electric vehicles, featuring integrated OBC and DCDC circuit boards. PDU integration is optional and can be customized to meet OEMs demands. The product offers key advantages including compact size and lightweight design.
The inverter supports both asynchronous and synchronous motors across all vehicle segments from A00 to B-class. Its advanced IGBT discrete parallel technology features configurable module arrays and an innovative 3D bridge-tube liquid cooling design. The compact structure achieves high power density while maintaining adjustable output, with excellent EMC performance and vibration resistance.
Flat wire motors are emerging as our key product line, demonstrating Enpower's technological ability in innovative motor design. Customized magnetic material formulations and advanced magnetic circuit design enable a power density of 6.63 kW/kg and torque density of 13.25 N·m/kg. Generation-third 'Integrated Core' technology maximizes its technical advantages through compact size, lightweight design, and an expanded high-efficiency zone.
